1) Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF)

Please be informed that Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) of current level USD 276 per TEU will be increased to USD 301 per TEU for the period from Jun 1 to 30, 2006 in accordance to the Far Eastern Freight Conference’s announcement.

The BAF is applicable to both Westbound and Eastbound freights from/to China and Hong Kong to/from all European & West and East Mediterranean destinations.

2) Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF)

Please be advised that Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF) will be implemented at 6.1% which based on ocean freight for the period from Jun 1 to 30, 2005 in accordance to the Far Eastern Freight Conference’s announcement.

The CAF is applicable to both Westbound and Eastbound freights from/to China and Hong Kong to/from all European & West and East Mediterranean destinations.
