1) Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF)

Please be informed that Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) of current level USD 240 per TEU will be reduced to USD233 per Teu for the period from February 1 to 28, 2006 in accordance to the Far Eastern Freight Conference’s announcement.

The BAF is applicable to both Westbound and Eastbound freights from/to China, Hong Kong and Macau to/from all European & West and East Mediterranean destinations.

2) Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF)

Please be advised that Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF) will be implemented at 0% which based on ocean freight for the period from February 1 to 28, 2006 in accordance to the Far Eastern Freight Conference’s announcement.

The CAF is applicable to both Westbound and Eastbound freights from/to China, Hong Kong and Macau to/from all European & West and East Mediterranean destinations.

Please be informed that Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF) for shipment from Djibouti, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia (Jeddah), Sudan & Yemen to China, Hong Kong with effective from sailing departing on/after 1^st February, 2006 as follows:
